These Terms & Policies apply to the use of the Tango Privé website and to services booked through Tango Privé. They explain our booking and cancellation terms, privacy practices, and other relevant conditions.
By booking a Tango Privé experience, you agree to the terms described below.
1. About Tango Privé
Tango Privé provides private tango lessons and personalized tango experiences in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Services may be provided in collaboration with independent professional instructors, dancers, dance studios, milongas, venues, and other local providers.

2. Bookings
Submitting an inquiry through our website, WhatsApp, email, or another communication channel does not constitute a confirmed booking.
A booking is confirmed once the details of the service have been agreed upon and any required payment or deposit has been received.
All services are subject to availability.
Specific instructors, venues, milongas, schedules, and other elements may be subject to change. When a change is necessary, Tango Privé will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative.
3. Prices & Payments
Prices are communicated before booking and may be quoted in US dollars or another specified currency.
The applicable price, payment schedule, and services included in the booking will be communicated before payment.
Depending on the service, full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm a reservation.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Tango Privé does not normally receive or store complete credit or debit card information.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Unless different conditions are communicated before booking:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
Requests to reschedule will be accommodated whenever reasonably possible and are subject to availability.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Different cancellation conditions may apply to Tango Holidays, customized programs, private events, or bookings involving significant advance commitments or third-party costs. Any different conditions will be communicated before payment.
If Tango Privé cancels a confirmed service and cannot provide a suitable alternative, the amount paid for the affected service will be refunded.
5. Money-Back Guarantee
Tango Privé offers a satisfaction guarantee on its experiences.
If you complete an experience and believe that the service provided did not meet the standard reasonably described or agreed upon at the time of booking, please contact us.
Where the guarantee applies, Tango Privé will refund the amount paid for the affected experience.
The guarantee applies to services provided by Tango Privé and does not cover independent expenses such as flights, accommodation, transportation, meals, or other purchases unless expressly included in the booking.
6. Changes to Experiences
Tango experiences may depend on instructors, venues, milonga schedules, and other third parties.
It may occasionally be necessary to change an instructor, venue, schedule, milonga, or another element of an experience due to circumstances outside Tango Privé's reasonable control.
In such cases, Tango Privé will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate alternative without materially reducing the quality of the booked experience.
7. Participation
Tango is a physical activity. Participants are responsible for determining whether they are able to participate safely and should inform their instructor of any relevant limitations before or during the experience.
Participants are expected to follow reasonable instructions from instructors and the rules of any studios, milongas, or other venues visited.
Tango Privé is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged during an experience.
Nothing in these Terms & Policies excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Privacy
Tango Privé may collect personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or make a booking.
This information may include:
Name
Email address
Telephone or WhatsApp number
Travel dates
Tango experience, preferences, and requests
Booking and transaction information
Information voluntarily provided through forms, email, WhatsApp, or other communications
This information is used to:
Respond to inquiries
Organize and provide booked services
Personalize experiences
Process and administer bookings and payments
Communicate with customers
Maintain appropriate business records
Improve our website and services
Comply with applicable legal requirements
Tango Privé does not sell personal information.

12. Gift Cards
Specific conditions applicable to gift cards, including any validity period, will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Gift cards are subject to availability of the requested experience and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Unless otherwise indicated, the original text, branding, graphics, photographs, and other content published on the Tango Privé website are owned by Tango Privé or used with permission.
They may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without authorization.
14. Website Information
Tango Privé makes reasonable efforts to keep information on its website accurate and up to date.
Prices, availability, venues, instructors, schedules, and details of experiences may change. Information relating to a confirmed booking will be based on the conditions communicated directly to the customer.
15. Applicable Law
These Terms & Policies are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer or data protection rights applicable under Argentine law or other applicable legislation.
16. Changes to These Terms
Tango Privé may update these Terms & Policies when necessary.
The date of the latest revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
